Yahoo boot is an application (coded by many different types of coders). To be short and sweet... it bombards your Yahoo messenger until your messenger is thrown offline. It does have other features too. All booters come with different features.
Most of the booters are free (try searching them online by "Yahoo messenger booters"). However be careful, some of these booters come with viruses, use at your own risk.
