On a PC, for text:

1. Highlight the text you'd like to copy.
2. Hold down the "Ctrl" button on your keyboard, and press the "C" letter key. (This copies it)
3. Go to the area you'd like to insert the text.
4. Hold down the "Ctrl" button again, but press the "V" letter key this time. (This pastes it)

On a PC, for an image:

1. Right click on the Image, and select "Copy" from the choices.
3. Go to where you'd like to insert the image (like a Word document).
4. Right click again, but this time select "Paste."

On a Mac, for text:

3. Go to the area you'd like to insert the text.
4. Hold down the Apple button again, but press the "V" letter key this time. (This pastes it)

On a Mac, for an image:

1. Hold down the "Ctrl" button, click on the image, and select "Copy" from the choices.
