Where can I find DVD software that can save still images?

I know there about a billion different DVD player software on the internet. I am looking for a reliable free program that will play my DVDs on my computer and will also allow me to PAUSE the movie and then save the still image to my computer.

I know it exsists, I had something like it about 2 years ago. Your help in this manner is much appreciated.

Power DVD can take still shots of certain scenes.

Dunno if its free though.
