Iv been send pictures from my phone to my computer. I want to know how to make them bigger with out making them blurry.

When you find that out you will be the person up for the Nobel! You CANNOT enlarge ANY image without it becoming blurry or pixelated! This is a law of nature! When you enlarge a pic with a program, the program doesnt know what the missing pixels looked like!

This problem can not be avoided because when you magnify the single pixels are shown there is no way to completely remove this issue, However there are professonal photography software applications that can smooth out the rigidity of the pixels, but you will need a good monitor to display them well. The more PPI (Pixels Per Inch) your display system had the better the picture will look.

YOU CAN GO TO DOWNLOAD.COM AND DOWNLOAD THIS SOFTWARE.: ITS CALLED IRFANVIEW. ITS EASY TO USE. I FOUND IT VERY HELPFULL.
