Before I can see the Santa Tracker http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/16024188/?GT1=8816
and I can't even let my daughter play on disney.com & nickelodeon.com because it says I need to install Flash player. But, I install it, and it says I have it, so I go back to the main page to let her play, and I get the same prompt! What is going on?! I know I did some house cleaning on the PC last week, and I changed some things to make it run quicker...what did I do to make this happen, and How do I get it to run correctly again? Thanks!

I'd like to configure Windows XP's built-in Narrator to read Word and text documents to me aloud. Yet it's unnecessarily reading all the menu and toolbar items (e.g. "File; Edit; View;" and so on), when I just want it to read the text I typed. To fix this, I ran the program ("narrator.exe"), and then left only "Read typed characters" checked. Yet Narrator still reads all the menu bars, etc.

Can anyone figure out how to fix this so that Narrator reads the text I wrote, and nothing else?

Is there a program that i can take a gif image and break it down to get all the pictures used in that image without going through the gif and getting them all myself? It's not that i'm lazy, it's just i've tried it and i always miss some pics that i need. So if anyone can help, i'd really appreciate it.

Ok here is my problem I recently went out and bought a copy of the new Jet Li Movie Fearless. I also bought Taladega Nights. I burned the movie fearless perfectly but I cannot seem to burn Taladega Nights. Here a List of what I have to do it

here is the problem when I go to try to burn taladega nights it says bad sectors error and then there are a bunch of little numbers on the end the damn movie plays just fine on both my computer and my sony dvd player. I will be most appreciative if one of you computer guys and gals can help me out. Thanks and Merry Christmas

When I make a data disk and burn my Excel files to dvd+rw the files are always read-only. How do I burn them, to make it so the files are read and write so I can save information. Note, I could save the files as a different name, but this isn't the answer. I have a program with linked programs in excel. After copying these files to the dvd, you must update the links and change the source of the links so that it locates the new destination. Once this is done, then I want to save it, but it is read-only. The help suggests renaming the files, but this wouldn't work because of the linked data. I need the files that I burn to the disc to be readable and writable.

I'm looking for stable download manager that features:

- More than 20 Segments per download (Better to be unlimited)
- Unlimited No. Connections per server
- Import list
- Site manager (Not in priority)*
- Finalize download without rebuilding the file.(Not in priority)*

I was using Reget Delux it has all these features, but it's not stable when having several sessions and several scheduled downloads in list ...

Any suggestion ?

I am having a problem with my PC. The problem is that when I turn on my computer, it loads completely fine, but when the desktop comes up, the icons either shows up long after or doesn't show up. It probably crashes. I scanned my computer for any viruses but did not find any. Do you have solution for this?

I made a timeline on Windows Movie Maker that consists of pictures with music in the background. Some of these pics have been scanned into my computer, while others were uploaded from my digital camera. Unfortunately I spent 4 months working on this project. I had planned on giving it as a Christmas gift. I now have found out that apparently I am NOT going to be able to burn this to a DVD that will play in a regular DVD player. I did burn it to a CD though. Now my pictures will not appear on another computer. It plays fine from the CD on the computer I created it on. I have the background music, title page, and credits on the end, but the pictures will not show up on another computer. Can anyone tell me what I done wrong? Is there a way I can quickly salvage this project in time for Christmas? I would love to put it on a DVD, but a CD will be ok as long as it will play on any computer with Windows Movie Maker on it. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
