I am having a problem with my PC. The problem is that when I turn on my computer, it loads completely fine, but when the desktop comes up, the icons either shows up long after or doesn't show up. It probably crashes. I scanned my computer for any viruses but did not find any. Do you have solution for this?

Sounds like you just have alot of programs running at startup. Also the more icons you have on your desktop the longer it will take as well. Consider making a desktop icon called Rarely Used. You can do that by right clicking on you desktop>create new>Folder. Then just name it what you want. Now drag all those icons that you rarely use into that folder. They wont go anywhere. You will just have to open that folder to see whatever you drag in there.

if u can manage to go to "RAN" then type "msconfig" if u have xp
then disable all from every one or try first launch system restore.
or look around Ur self and see what u don't like and don't trust Norton anti virus it sucks 100% everybody says it even engineers

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
