Thing is, Microsoft Windows goes wrong - its guaranteed. No amount of "special programs" will help you. Best thing to do? Re-install. You should aim to re-install every 12 months. Microsoft themselves recommend every 6 months, but that really is too much.

It's only £19.95 for a genuine non pirated copy - hardly expensive!
