Its best not to break the law and attempt to pirate software. You can use CCleaner for free.

Thing is, Microsoft Windows goes wrong - its guaranteed. No amount of "special programs" will help you. Best thing to do? Re-install. You should aim to re-install every 12 months. Microsoft themselves recommend every 6 months, but that really is too much.

why dont you just buy a product code, it only like 20 bucks or so
