I have Windows ME. Since it's Windows, and Windows ME, I have to un-properly restart the computer 20 times a day. Every time I do this, ScanDisk starts. It doesn't do anything since it's Windows ME. How do I get it to stop loading whenever the computer has been un-properly restarted.

Don't say how Windows sucks and how I should switch. I already know it sucks and I can't switch.

I can do that but during instalation, only it asks about in which partition windows should be installed.

what do you do then it says=Error 1719. The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.

so usually when i set back my clock on trial softwares, it works, but this time when i did it, it said that i installed an illegal copy and need to reinstall it again. Is there a way i can start my trail over again? i heard that if you delete certain .dlls you can use try it again. anyone know?

It's so weird I think I have adobe flash player 9.0 before but it disappeared now, when I go to some website that repuired this player 9. 0 they ask me to install it. the most redicular thing is when I followed the step to finished install this program they still said that I don't have!!! and ask me to install it!!!! anyone knows what happened?? I'm so upset now~:(

The reason why I wish I to downgrade is because I don't like the new set up. I liked it the way it was on 10 when I go to my library and everything was right there and I could edit everywhere from there. Windows Media Player 11 requires you to choose a album or playlist. If you want to see all the songs you have to go to skin mode, and it's just different. Well Anyways, is there a way to downgrade or do I just have to uninstall WMP 11 and install WMP 10?

My SIL has a virus on her puter can't I download my antivirus program from my pc and put it on a disc,or is there some way I can clean her puter??some kinda disc I can buy?she had AVG free edition on her puter but it expired and now the puter won't let me put anything else on her computer.Can't I copy my antivirus or another one to disc and clean it that way??
