I have spybot and ad-aware on my computer and they both seem to work if I use them once or twice a week. I do believe that they are both free. Good Luck and Happy Holidays.

An excellent on-line anti-spyware scanner is from Trend Micro. Go to the below link, and "follow the bouncing ball" from there to install and run the program.
Another answerer mentioned "Spybot Search And Destroy", which is a program to be downloaded and used on your own pc. It's available at the next link below.

I have all of these and its ok to have more than one sometimes one catches what slips by another because that particular trojan is not listed in it's data base: AVG Spyware, Spyware Blaster, Ad-Aware SE Personal windows live one care and windows defender , I se Spybot on and off www.majorgeeks.com has most of these as freeware,of course the Windows stff is free too

I can give a few links that offer free virus and spyware removers...!You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at

Do you mean anti-spyware? Spyware are kinda like computer viruses but they steal your private information. The best anti-spyware...Maybe Norton Antivirus. Or else just buy a Mac and get Firefox.
