Are you talking about in an online game or chat room?
Well, the simple answer is that you don't. If you are on an online game, and the person automatically boots you, then they are probably waiting for a specific person, and you need to look for a public room.
If you are on a chat room, a moderator can boot you for bad behavior. The simple answer to that is to just have good behavior.
If you are not talking about that, please elaborate your question. I'll put it on watch to see if you do.

What catagory is this question under under? What are you asking, you need more details. If this is a job, you must find out first if this was a seseasonal job. Then if it was not, and you have been an outstanding employee and you want to stay there, then talk to your supervisor and say so, say you wil even accept part time to begin with for now. If not, a tem position, ask what you can do to help your position better in case you don't know.

Because of the category in which you asked the q., I am assuming you mean the computer. Not that someone kicks you in your butt.
You have a hijack or a keylogger who knows your every move and they know your secrets, password etc.. Do nothing. Install a antiphishing, anti hijack and anti keylogger software first. Clean up your system. Enable firewall. What op.sys do you have?
Go to microsoft download one care. It is free. Do the clean up.

If you mean some one booting you a person ;then call the police.If you mean booting you out of your apt then just pay rent and get along and get a receipt.
