what microsoft programs can i delete with out hurting or shutting down windows i have XP Service pack 2 ?And why eveytime i delete or uninstall my MB seem to go down instead of up?

Try this safe, and free program called CCleaner, that will clear out the clutter. Advanced Windows Care is also good, and free. I don't think deleting a few Microsoft programs will be of any real benefit, especially if you don't use them. Best of luck, chow.

Go to control panels and select "add or remove programs" and there are a list of all the things in your pc that you could delete if you don't wan them. It is a good thing to delete things occasionally or else your computer will slow down because of too much information it holds. You could also defragment your computer to minimize space.
