Software - November 2006

I have a Microsoft Office 2003 product, and I just recently purchased two new computers. I would like to know what would happen if I decided to use the CD-ROM I already have to install the Office product on the two new comps even though I was only "allowed" to originally install the software on two previous comps I had. Would I not have acces to certain things? Would the functionality be reduced? If I need to purchase new software, where can I go to find it as inexpensive as possible? Please advise. Thank you.

everytime i shut down my comp, i lose evrything that i had downloaded, or saved. for some reason it always ends up goin to the same settings it got programmed to. can anyone teach me how i can change that setting or anythiing i can do about it.? if i leave it at standby, its fine but i cant download any programs. please i need somones HELP!!!!! Lately my computer has been hanging, not responding, script not working - lottsa little stuff I can get around but it's a pain.

If I delete everything except Windows, then insert the Windows disc and reload it - will that take my computer back to the original start ?- i.e. take the registry back to original? and then start reloading the software I need again?

I'd like to get my computer back to where it was when I first got it without reformatting the hard drive.

Vista will have more features and better security (i would hope), but will I just be a guinnea pig for a new OS?

I'll prob keep my new lappy for 2-3 years, and probably won't bother changing the OS once I've got it.

My mouse freezes all the time and the I have to keep pressing the litle red button under the big button on the computer and wait and then try again and again until it starts to move. It is very annoying. Please help if you can. Thanks
