I would like to know how do i add a border of any kind around one of my pictures??

Open the photo in PhotoShop.

Add a layer.

Copy the photo layer and move it above the empty layer you just created (drag n drop).

Turn of the lowest (background) copy of the photo. (No eyeball)

Select the Photo Copy1 layer

Under "EDIT" select transform>scale. Hold down the key, and grab one corner, shrinking the pic to give you the border area you want. ( will shrink the pic equally, no distortions)

NOTE: While you are 'transforming' your pic, you can recenter it by grabbing the middle of the photo.

when it is the size you want.

Go to the blank layer and fill with white, color, texture or whatever you want for your border.

When you are happy, go to LAYER and Flatten Image.
Save
Print

double click on layer
options palette pops up
go to stroke
put in value of width (in pixels)
select color

ur done :)
