Windows movie maker is pretty good. You can do lots of stuff with it and it is completely free. (And you probably already have it on your computer.)

better try windows movie maker for this it is free and already installed along with normal windows XP OS

click on start > run
type moviemk
press ok.
It will open windows movie maker.
