Most of them are locked and you cant edit them! For the ones that are not locked you can edit them with pdf creator software

You won't be able to edit a PDF file unless you have the "raw" file that it was originally created from, unless, of course, you have the Adobe Acrobat full version program.
However, you can create PDF files with this free source program:
http://www.pdf995.com/suite.html
In this suite, there is a program called PDF995 Edit, where you just might be able to do what you want.
