Use iTunes to do it. Import a song and convert it to an mp3 by right clicking it in iTunes and selecting "get info". Go to the options tab and where it says "start time" and "stop time" put in minutes and seconds to the part of the song you want. You're obviously going to have to watch the time of the song when it's playing and just pause it before the part starts and type that number in the "start time" and then watch where the part ends then put that into "stop time". Once that's done then right click the song again and select "convert selection to MP3" and you're good
