I have about 12 hours of audio tutorials that i recorded using my IC Recorder and I would like to transcribe it onto Microsoft Words for future reference. Any very good software that I can use to do this for me automatically?

I'm looking for a basic entry-level software (just a couple of steps up from MS Paint). Don't need layers or vectors or any such things; just need to be able to do some very simple graphics and text buttons and edit/crop/resize some images. What would happen if I installed Windows XP home on a harddrive which already had Windows XP 64bit on it? The reason is I have 32bit applications that do not run on windows 64 and I have 64 bit applications that wont run on 32.. I need both! Eventually I will have a harddrive for each but until then I need a way of booting either one or the other.

im trying to open my mydocuments.. but as i open it a window tells me "the file is corrupt"..only that. then my mydocuments window suddenly closes..if i try it again, it goes the same.. what's going on??? even my YM doesnt work..

anyway, when i started my pc there were a lot of wndows askin me to terminate blah blah blah...

pls help me... i hav a lot of projects to do...
