Go to > Start > Run > type in this: msconfig > click OK > System Configuration Utility will open > Startup > uncheck Lime Wire on start up. And Click apply and OK. You will be prompted to restart. Click OK.

Use -"msconfig" utility - and then on the start up tab uncheck the programs that you dont want to run start up. (Limewire in your case)
(Note: MS config is built in WIn XP - type "msconfig" in the run, for windows 2000 you need to download the msconfig utility)

well thats easy. go into the limewire settings and deselect the start up automatically option.
it should be in options, advanced, System startup, and then deselect the box :) hope it helps!!!

go to START>Run>Type in msconfig and when it pops up, go to "Start up" tab and you will see limewire, uncheck that box and any other programs that you dont want on start up

uninstall it and run a spyware program.
Limewire is full of spyware garbage... save your computer now and get rid of it. Stealing music and other stuff is not worth it.

get some good anti spyware and scan ur pc it will remove such unwantedwares
