I have Norton 2005 Firewall. Can I just use a similar prefix ip address or something to block any access from any address in the building?

Actually, I'm not sure if it is even a worm; my computer (laptop to be precise) seems to restart occassionaly for the past week. It keeps running a program "Isass.exe" even though I'm not asking it to do so... Please help! Is it too late for my computer? What sould I do?

an online friend ask for my mobile number, then i gave it for a reason to stay in touch, he calls me frequently, daytime and mostly nitetime and asked me to message him but i noticed that afte i send him a message, immediately my phone run out of load although i just reload it at that same time,..... and sent only one messge ,...... so have any1 expereinced this same and what can i do except to change my number into new........

Normally, it's about an hour total. It's gone now about 1 hour 20 minutes and says it will be 3 hours to finish. What is with that. I had broadband installed this week. Could that be the problem? What do I do to resolve this?

I have this file in my document > my pictures >about.brontok.A.html. ( it has matter in various languages ) .when i am clicking it a message is delivered " Ada Setuju " . i have run all my spyware programs a bunch of times and it says clean, the problem is when i first open explorer it brings me to this page where i can get viruse protection but i have no problems, it even does it when i am not connected to the internet so i know it is in my computer, what can i do to get rid of it, please help
