but seriously, I think if you go to www.download.com then search something like "Password Protect" it will bring up some free programs that should make limiting access to programs much easier.

I'm sure it can be done because I remember having a similar program for controling users when i got my windows 98 computer years ago, and if you can do it on windows 98 then you can do it on XP
