Spybot-Search and Destroy, Lavasoft's Ad Aware SE, both are excellent free anti-spyware programs. You'll get both at http://www.download.com

My favorites are all FREE!
o Spybot Search and Destroy -- http://spybot.safer-networking.de/
Has real-time spyware catch and other nice features.
o Ad-Aware -- http://www.lavasoft.de
o YAHOO! toolbar has a built-in Norton Spyware scan and tabs for Internet Explorer

I use all three. Spybot seems to get the most, but using all three together catches most everything.

Try windows defender,or spyware terminator,both rated almost 5 star,and there FREE.That should tak care of your problem.
