What is the difference?

When using AVG anti-virus and it detects a Virus it gives you three options, To Heal, To Delete, or To Quarantine, whats the difference, why doesnt it just say "get rid of it"??

there are some viruses that can be fixed right away, some are not so easy to get rid off so you quarentine it, which meas that it isolates the file and prevent it from acting, but cannot get rid of it. Others it tries to delete, but it is not always succesful, so try those options one by one.
