an online friend ask for my mobile number, then i gave it for a reason to stay in touch, he calls me frequently, daytime and mostly nitetime and asked me to message him but i noticed that afte i send him a message, immediately my phone run out of load although i just reload it at that same time,..... and sent only one messge ,...... so have any1 expereinced this same and what can i do except to change my number into new........

If you just want to ignore that person's calls, you might want to try some kind of screening software like Blackballer.

If you mean that your phone's battery charge runs out quickly, your phone might be infected with a virus that tries to spread via Bluetooth - e.g., a virus like Cabir or CommWarrior. However, in this case the effect would not be limited to sending a message to a particular person; your phone's battery will run out of charge quickly, no matter what. If this is your problem, you'll need to disinfect your phone first (see the links below for free utilities) - but your phone's battery will probably have to be replaced anyway; batteries can bear only a limited number of recharging cycles and Bluetooth-spreading viruses like Cabir tend to wear them out.

BTW, the above answer assumes that your phone is running the Symbian S60 operating system. That is likely to be the case, since it's the most common one.

That's hacking alright! Notify your phone company immediatly and give him his phone number. If things get bad call the police, they can handle it
