I would try several things.
1st see if you can go to your control panel on you computer which you will find on My Computer and try to uninstall it. If that does not work you can go to help and try to restore your computer to an early restore point. This is very easy to do. It allows you to set your computer to the way it was a week or even the way it was a month ago. But you still might have to get some virus software. Type "stinger" into your search engine and look for "McAfee avert Stinger". this is a stand alone anti virus tool. its only 1.2MB and wont take long to down load. follow the instructions and run it. it should clear any virus's on your computer, ready for you to install a full version

Download and install Avast! antivirus ASAP.
Download and install Zone Alarm if no firewall.
Download and install Spyware Terminator ASAP.
All of these programs can be obtained from Download.com free of charge.
