If you have linked your paypal and bank account can you pay for items through paypal with the money in your bank account even if you don't have it in your paypal balance? thanks for your help.

It is very slow to load and to refresh and, frequently, it stops my computer, I have to turn it off and on again.

Any ideas of how to fix/improve this?

Sometimes if I'm working on a word document and I delete a word or sentence, when I try and replace them with new words, the new words just eat into the text that's written after, does that make any sense? Like if I deleted "Sometimes if I'm" from this paragraph and tried to write some thing new, it would erase "working on a " as I was typing the new words. Why does this happen!? I cant edit my text properly without losing huge chunks as I insert things into the middle! Help!

Recently I have downloaded some videos. In total there are 22 videos and have a combined total of 3.02gb. However when I go to burn them(using nero vision express 3 with Nero 7), in the "make your own DVD-video option", It says the files combined total is 17.72gb... much too large for a DVD. Is there any reason why this is happening and if so could someone tell me how to fix it?

8. BUSINESSES DO NOT ANONOMOUSLY HIRE FINANCIAL OFFICERS OR COLLECTION AGENTS
8. NO AFRICAN EMAIL THAT PROMISES YOU $$ IS LEGITIMATE, NO MATTER HOW OFFICIAL THEY TRY TO APPEAR
9. Official correspondence rarely, if ever, has mis-spelled words

I made this site like when i was seven, and despite not being on their for the past four or five years, they still have it up. I have asked them several times to delete it, and so has my mom, but they never respond. its really embarassing, and I have personal info up there. ok, im trying to sell some psp speakers i have, but when i get to what type of payment method i accept i get stuck, it makes you forcefully pick paypal, and doesnt paypal charge you? and i dont get any of the paypal thingy, whats paypal? how does it work, and how do you recieve the payment, through what? plze explain! plze help, what do i do. if you got any suggestions, or any other ideas, plze let me know, can i use a prepaid visa?
