Yes you can, but if the funds are coming out of your bank account then you will be paying via an e-cheque. Its like a paper cheque - the seller will have to wait until Paypal state the payment has cleared until they can send out your item (in my experience unsually 10 days). The trouble is Paypal do not make it very clear to the buyer they have paid via e-cheque.

You can register a credit card on file if you don't want the hassle of waiting for an e-cheque to clear because with the added credit card details your payment goes through straight away.

yes you can, I do it all the time. It just comes out of your bank account. There was an answer saying about an e cheque, that is one option you have when you go to pay. You can pay out of your bank account pay by credit card or e cheque witch takes up to 5 working days.

bypass into paypal, opt for the transaction and click on the hyperlink to dispute it. There are no longer any quotes for a paypal dispute as far as i know, final time an merchandise did no longer arrive I recieved my a reimbursement in finished. do no longer close the dispute till you have the item or the refund. sellers are in charge for procuring the item wisely to you, in the event that they despatched it trackable (say royal mail recorded signed for) and function evidence of transport the won't lose the declare. yet seeing as you haven't any longer have been given the item some sellers recon if the customer would not take out coverage they are not in charge for lost products. They get a rude awakening as to their lack of know-how whilst a shopper documents a dispute.
