Now it freezes on normal mode after I log in, Im currently in safe mode and need urgent help! I have a paper to do by monday please respond asap!

Oh and I cant undo my last restoration for some reason.

On disk scans (normal mode before login screen) 1 part get finished then 2nd part freezes at 0%.

I need a laptop for school next year but I dont know which kind I want. The macbooks have the weight, size, and price I want and they offer a decent battery life. Ive never had a Mac, Ive used only Windows. I do not like Windows very much and while my PC is old now it never seemed to work very well. I frequently lost data, it always freezes, I had to do numerous system restores, so Im not too happy with my Windows experience, but its all Ive known about. So I understand that Macs dont freeze or crash or anything. I know its a different OS, but with some time I'll be able to learn it. People have told me that Mac doesnt have 2 much software available for it, but all I really want is a good computer that will last me the next 4 years of school and hopefully my small home office the first year or two, but that may be pushing it lol. Ive spoken w/ some people who got "great deals" on Dell or Gateway laptops for like 599 only to see them blow up in less than a year.

I keep getting these explorer errors whenever I do the simplest Windows commands and I want to reinstall windows.......

I've never had to erase the entire drive and reinstall win98, and I've never had to simply reinstall windows.

I understand I won't lose my files if I reinstall windows although I have backed everything up just in case.

Is there any advantage to doing a clean reinstall?
So which should I do? thanks for your expertise.

Please tell me if this will work:

I have two drives, C is where Windows is installed and is near full, E is an empty drive. I'm going to compress E drive, copy the entire C drive and then paste it into E drive. Then format the C drive, and compress it for future data storage. Now the computer has to boot up from the E drive, can the computer automatically boot from E drive or do I have to do something? I'm using XP.

Thanks.

where you download it, and you can find a map of your neighborhood and see like each house and like, the cars...? Well, is it possible to see inside the houses, and like, look at each person and see what they're doing? If you can, shouldn't that be illegal because it's invasion of privacy?

2) Who really would care if you spelled something wrong.. I mean this is JUST Yahoo Answers; it's not your English class.
