My computer is literally freezing up every 5 minutes, what is wrong? And what should I do about it?

I've already deleted programs I no longer need or use. And I know theres still plenty of memory left.

There are still a few things you can do to fix this problem
-Delete any unused desktop items ( The less there is on your desktop, the faster your computer will be)
-Complete a disk defrag
-Complete a disk cleanup
-Get a descent virus/spyware protection program
-Use it often
