There are still a few things you can do to fix this problem
-Delete any unused desktop items ( The less there is on your desktop, the faster your computer will be)
-Complete a disk defrag
-Complete a disk cleanup
-Get a descent virus/spyware protection program
-Use it often

try to do a maintence Start menu ,Accessories, system tools, and then disk clean up it will clean up any disk space. also be sure to erase your history constantly after every use.

maybe you have a lot of stuff on your computer. try deleting and installing some stuff . try and see if it works
