Yes, I just bought my daughter a Vista Laptop and it loaded MS Office 2003 with no problems.

Yes, most of the software compatible with Windows XP is compatible with Vista. I have Office 2003 installed on my Vista notebook.

It should as long as it's post year 2000. But to be on the safe side run the Upgrade Advisor with the software installed on your current operating system. Click on the link, download and run the Vista Upgrade Advisor, Your software may be the least of your problems.
