Hit f8 and log onto the computer in safe mode. The hidden administrator account will appear click on that to log on. and go to user accounts in the control panel and change the password for your account.

Big problem. Can be FIX. First:
1. Run in Safe Mode
2. Go to Administrator
3. Control Panel
4. Click on ur Account(which u lost the password of).
5. CLick remove password.

Second:
1. Run Safe mode with MSDOS or DOS.
2. Go to Administrator
3. Run "CMD"
4. Type "net user"
5. find the name of the account u lost the password.
6. then type "net user AccountName *"
7. Prompt to enter New Password then type it hit enter and restart.

" - is not suppose to be Enter

there are two method for u to consider (valid for winXP ver.)
1 - run pc in safe mode
during the process of loading windows do press the F8 key and select safemode and log on as an hidden administrator account
2 - run pc as usual and at the welcome screen of windows press and hold CTRL+ALT key and hit two times DEL key and then write there "administrator" and log on

this administrator account requires passwords that u hv entered during the installation of the windows
