is there an easy way to make a free onlie radio station using dialup that's compatible with dialup?

i kinda want to send what's being fed into my line in port to the station live

if this isn't possible give me the next best thing please

i meant compatible with windows vista

i tried shoutcast, but it's too damn confusing

haven't tried the vista but u can try shoutcast with winamp to stream audio you just need an IP and with dial up u are assigned an ip so it should work
