There are various programmes available for burning DVDs. One popular one is "Nero".

Visit this site: http://www.videohelp.com for some informative guides to DVD burning. The site has listings of various programmes to accomplish the task in the "tools" section. And there are user forums where you can ask questions if you run into problems.
