Open internet explorer and delete all cookies. Then go on line with your service provider this will put there cookie in your computer. Close connection with your service provider. Reopen open internet explorer and change the cookies option in security tab to except no cookies. You must have your service providers cookie or you will be disconected. Now only your service providers cookie will be stored on your computer. Restart computer for change to take effect before going online.

You can either search all files for cookies and then pull up the template and you can one by one delete each cookie. Or, you can click on Tools at the top of your browser and then click on Internet Options to delete cookies and temporary internet files. Change the privacy level to Medium and unblock popups.
