how do i delet programs like IE and outlook and stufff that is on my computer when i installed windows and i dont want the programs are not in add or remove programs

im not sure how to explain this but here it goes:
how do u create a folder in the windows xp programs list i want to organize it and make an empty folder like the one internet exploer is in but empty


i dont waht it in my destop i want it inside my start bar in all programs plz explain better im new to thiS

What should I do? I have tried everything: defgragmenting, disk cleanup multiple times and it took me 3 hours and 7 minutes to get the internet up! The internet is even slow and it's not working fast. Again my computer is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slow! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!

ok heres the deal i need to order something on ebay but it keeps saying please enter a valid city state and zipcode everything is correct i know that a zip code has 5 numbers i think they have 4 extra numbers i only put in 5 so do i need to put in the other 4 or it may be that i only put my street address do i need my city stae and zip in the billing address line 1 i am desprite please help

What is the best and most reliable way to store digital data for the long term? By long-term, I mean at least 5-10 years.
Would it be optical discs, magnetic tape, flash memory devices, hard disc drives, or maybe something else?

this goes with an explanation:

i rebooted my computer using the windows xp operating disc to clean out the computer to how it was when i first got it. the problem is, i messed up and rebooted it over the previous installation...meaning i didn't do a clean install. the reason i know this is because i look in my documents and settings folder and i have more folders than i should. you many know what i mean since i asked a similar question before about that. and they said that i have multiple accounts. i'm the only only user and have been so this means i have 6 folders worth of space to deal with. and they also said i installed windows over my previous one. i want to do a fresh install. wipe everything. but the question is how to do it. i never done this before and want to do it right. i did it by myself the first time and mucked up. so can you give me insight on what to click on or what to do to get a fresh install.

i have cds that r 'rw'
and i wrote on one of them, then i wrote over it,
then when i wanted to write over it again, it said this is a cd rom and not a rw

i know what they stand for!
and the disks r 52times rewritable.

so why after the 2nd time of writing, it changed to a rom.

How can I divide two columns and put the quotient in its own column? For example, I want all the cell in column Gx to equal Cx divided by Ex and all the cells in G need to be that way for their corresponding C and E. How can I do this without typing it for each cell individually??

My speakers seem to be on and working I checked all the wires and everythings fine,I checked my volume control and everything is in place.

My boss brought this computer from home into the office for me to use (small office). Now he is going to take it back home I can delete personal files I have saved but what about the search on yahoo when I go to enter something the first letter I put in brings up a nice long list of searches I've doent that started with that letter. I really dont need him seeing every search I have ever done. How can I make that stop?

i have a cheapo mp3 player (techniks) i am supposed to plug it into a usb port and load music that way but my pc dont find it at all so i cant change the music :-( its so frustrating,i have tried different ports and also restarted pc both with and without the mp3 player plugged in, but no joy,any advice much appreciated

I have tried Virus scan, no virus detected. I tried all the "help" from the help section. I rebooted, disconnected all devices, turned it off at the power source. When I start in safe mode, my husbands profile and Administrator are available, however mine is not. We normally use mine for everything. We upgraded our memory from 128 to two sticks of 512 each about a month or so ago. The computer has been running fine since. My husband was on the internet last night when I went to bed and is at work now, so I don't know what may have happened. When I tried to boot up this morning, Windows XP acts like it's starting then takes me to a page that gives me options of starting in Normal mode, safe mode, etc. The only ones that work are the safe mode options. How does this affect my PC and what I can do?
