If you have got Windows Media player, plug in the MP3 player, then open the media player and click on SYNC, you should then be able to follow the instructions to download music onto the MP3 player. Other than that, did the MP3 player come with software ? If so, has it installed correctly ?

Good luck.

The player should have come with a wee cd (one of the half size ones) that has all the drivers etc for the Mp3 itself. Try unistalling it and then re-installing. I think your talking about the same one as i have and the cd should be a small purple one. if the player didnt come with a cd then you've been supplied with an incomplete player. Take it back to the shop and get a replacement.
