Do you mean:
"Left click is disabled on my system or left click is not responding"
If so:
â You may be using a damaged mouse ie. It has been dropped or swung etc.
To ensure the device is functioning fully:
â Control Panel
â Printers and over hardware
â Mouse
â Ensure that in the pop-up that the first box "button switching" is un checked (unless you are left handed and manually selected this option)
â Also go to Hardware (Tab at the top)
â Ensure the device is working fully in the status.
If it is then I recomend you try a new port (usb) or do simple buy a new mouse.
I hope this helps.
You may also want to run the Windows troubleshooters for a visual representation.

Either your left button is broke, or you need to go to mouse
properties, and see if it is enabled.
