Do you mean:

"Left click is disabled on my system or left click is not responding"

If so:

↓ You may be using a damaged mouse ie. It has been dropped or swung etc.

To ensure the device is functioning fully:

↓ Control Panel
↓ Printers and over hardware
↓ Mouse
↓ Ensure that in the pop-up that the first box "button switching" is un checked (unless you are left handed and manually selected this option)
↓ Also go to Hardware (Tab at the top)
↓ Ensure the device is working fully in the status.

If it is then I recomend you try a new port (usb) or do simple buy a new mouse.

I hope this helps.

Either your left button is broke, or you need to go to mouse
properties, and see if it is enabled.
