Is the Avery 5389 laser Postcard legal for mailing?

I can't find a weight or anything telling about the paper type. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the paper type. It is a little more flimsy than what I was wanting. Is there a thicker version of this out there.

Avery makes many styles of postcards for Inkjet printers. Go to their website and type Ink Jet Postcards in the search box...it will bring up a list for you.
