Now he is going to take it back home I can delete personal files I have saved but what about the search on yahoo when I go to enter something the first letter I put in brings up a nice long list of searches I've doent that started with that letter. I really dont need him seeing every search I have ever done. How can I make that stop?

Go to "Tools", "Internet Options" and clear your history. You may also want to delete all of your cookies the same way.

Also, you can erase all your temporary internet files by opening "My Computer", right-click on your hard drive (usually 'C' drive), click "Search" and in the search box for all or part of the file name type *.tmp

When the search is complete select all files and delete them.

In IE7. Click on Tools>Internet Options. Under browsing history click Delete. You will have several options. Remember if your boss really knows how and wants to dig deeper than you are up the creek if you have done things you should not have.

In the explorer got to tools - options and delete all cookies, history and stored temporary files. Then close the window and reopen - tada all better. When you delete all your personal files be sure to empty the trash and restart to clear static data as well Good Luck!

You can delete those - just click in the field - the list will appear - highlight the first item and click on Delete - repeat - quite easy to do and quite often - once you delete the first one - you can delete them all - just keep clicking on Delete

Do you think he would go snooping to see what you have been doing? But bigger question, is why would you be going to
non-work related sites knowing that it's not your computer AND at work for Christ's sake?

go to the tools menu, and under internet options you can erase your history, cookies, and temp files. this should get rid of most of your "searching".
