I want to divide column A by column B and column C should show the answer. I don't want to type =A1/B1 for each cell. How can I do it all at one time?

Type the formula in once, and then copy it to the rest of the column by moving your mouse to the bottom right corner of the cell. It will turn into a + sign. Left-click and drag it down the column and it will copy the formula.
