i am selling my p.c, can someone tell me how you can delete everything of the computer so my documents,picture, music are deleted off the computer.thank you.

how ram increses speed......we say that "i hav 512 mb ram"....512mb mention space....same as hard disk is aslo mentioned in gb....which is aslo related to space avilable.....then how increase of ram increses speed of computer where as increses of hard disk does not????
and what is stored in 512mb ram......what this mb real meaning??

I downloaded Ballistik online and when the 60 minute trial was over I deleted it an all it's contents. I ran my Ccleaner and scan for issues. This usally deletes all the other stuff. I went to search files and folders and it found one file and won't delete. This is the 3rd time I have downloaded this game and this file deleted before with my Ccleaner now it won't.It says cannot delete BallistikSCSetup-dm[1} that it is being used by another program. I know it's not cause I deleted everything. So why won't it delete this time. Searching files and folders doesn't show anything else using this program. Can anyone help me get this out of my C:downloads.

ok well my computer was running pretty slow and i relized i had downloaded alot of programs and games n stuff from the past so i uninstalled alot of things now my computer is running just fine and fast now but i cant hear sound on ANYTHING! i asked my mom to help but shes busy so can someone please tell me step by step what i need to do please? and thank you i really need help:D

Hi everyone,
I am not very technical and I just bought a new laptop Dell Inspiron 1501. There is no place in the manual for how I should keep my computer running like new. before I ruin it could someone help me? On my old computer everytime I am done, I clear history of visited sites,delete cookies,tempory internet files and so on. Then I do disc cleanup for c drive then I dfrag c drive. I do not save anything to my computer for obvious reasons!!! I save everything to my yahoo folders. Should I be doing all this cleanup stuff on my new computer?? please tell me what I should do everytime I am done for the day. I mainly use it for email, websites,surveys,myspace etc. thank you all in advance

i tried to download a psp game from limewire and it put all these zipped files on my computer & wen i try 2 delete em they all come bak. then i tried to open the regedit and it says regedit is not a valid win 32 application. then i tried to get a virus scanner and it didnt werk. and i need to delete it because it takes up all the memory on my computer wat do i do??

Yesterday I've backed up my documents on my EDD to update them. Somehow one was removed from my main document to my external. When I went to it today, it didn't update what I've backed up yesterday and all is lost. All was just old from the last time I did it about two weeks ago. Is there a way to retrieve it? This is the second time it happened yesterday. Only this other document was backed-up.

I recently joined a web site that uses (mostly) wmv files and can be played on wmp, which I have. Some of the files are animations and some are presentations. When I first clicked on a presentation, I needed to download something. I got Microsoft Office Powerpoint Viewer 2003. It is only a viewer.

I would like to be able to use a program that allows me to create my own presentations.

Hi guys,

Do any of you guys ever get bits of your screen go blue? This happens to me nearly every time I put my pointer anywhere on the box I wish to write in, I clear it by moving my pointer out of box and left click.

I cannot remember how long I have had this problem, I have been online using pc since end of april last year. Is this just one of these things that you have to put up with , or is there a way I can clear it altogether.
