I downloaded Ballistik online and when the 60 minute trial was over I deleted it an all it's contents. I ran my Ccleaner and scan for issues. This usally deletes all the other stuff. I went to search files and folders and it found one file and won't delete. This is the 3rd time I have downloaded this game and this file deleted before with my Ccleaner now it won't.It says cannot delete BallistikSCSetup-dm[1} that it is being used by another program. I know it's not cause I deleted everything. So why won't it delete this time. Searching files and folders doesn't show anything else using this program. Can anyone help me get this out of my C:downloads.

If it says "this program is being used by another user" then u are in deep SH#T!!!
This means that a hacker is connected to ur computer.
I suggest u disconnect from the computer and go to www.google.com and download a program called killbox.
This program forces any file to be deleted.
Good luck and remember to scan the file before u install it on ur computer.

Try to delete file in safe mode, when you computer start press F8(you might need to press more than once ) and select safe with not network support. and delete the file...

get a program called killbox <<< search in google
it does a force delete of any file

Try deleting it in Safe Mode. You may have more luck that way.

Usually this can be deleted by restarting your computer, then trying again.
