I've been having problems with Blockbuster Online's website, more specifically the manage my queue page. On Mozilla Firefox and Safari it says Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.blockbuster.com/online/queuemgmt/displayMyQueue" on this server.

Reference #18.f48f748.1170724068.482c7c8. On Internet Explorer it says http 500 Internal Server Error. Has anyone else had any similar problems?

I finish a movie that turns out to be 1.8 GBS, I wanna upload it to a site which only allows a maximum 200 MBs. Is there a program I can use to make a new file of the movie but in a smaller size?

The moviei s 5 minutes.

I have attempted on several occasions to delete an icon from my desktop on my account. However, when I do that windows automatically deletes the same icon from every other account on the computer. How do I delete the icon and prevent this from happening?

I have been sent a self assessment form in PDF format and whenever i try to click the mouse in one of the boxes its simply a hand which changes into a fist???!!! how can i open it so i can fill in the boxes? Better still is there a way i can copy and paste it to word for editing?

When you go to CNN for example the browser is updated every few minutes. I would like to automate saving the page every so often throughout the day in order to parse the text and aggregate the data. If I can do it from the command line, I can automate it.

I can surf the net normally but I just can't download anything from every website that I have visited. So I know it doesn't have anything to do with the website server that I'm downloading from.

1. The firewalls have been disable.
2. The privacy setting on the internet option has been set to the lowest which is "accept all cookies."
3. Surfing the web is no problem
4. It can't be the hardrive b/c I tried downloading onto another hardrive and it still wouldn't show any type of progress in downloading.

I mean I can click on the save or open button to download the program, its just that there is absolutely no progress on my downloads.

Someone please help me solve the problem or find the solution.

About once a month I lose all my bookmarks in my Mozilla Firefox browser...Why does this keep happening? What can I do to get my bookmarks back?

I usually have about 20 bookmarks so its frustrating to re-bookmark all of them! I checked the website, and most of the stuff there went right over my head. :-P

when i brougt this computer i was able to watch dvds on it.not sure whats happened,(if ive disabled something) but when i put a dvd on to play, windows media says there is no decoader. anybody able to help???

If I press it, a list shows up of computer processes that I can't do anything with. I want to see the "normal" box that contains the programs you have open so I have the option of closing them if there is a problem.

i dont want to go through every individual site and click delete because that would take way too long. Is there any way i could just delete all the sites at once, even he sites from the search part of the history.
