It has to be definitly download from somewhere, but where? can you guys help me?
i dont have it in my computer, so it doesnt want to play avi file.

Well assuming you're using windows, Divx is pretty good player for all types of files. You can download it for free at www.divx.com

Do u mean a specific avi file or the avi format itself??
For the format -> Windows media player plays it by default, to double check go to tools->options->file type and select avi, it should play then.
If you are using a file that has not been coded with standard avi then you might have to use codecs.

you can download a avi codec pack with includes other formates to. mich is at download.com just serach codec and click on the one that says avi. i also recomend download vlc player, it has avi on it, just like windows meda player but you have to drag the file in it to play it

it will play any type of file including avi.s
