I've been having problems with Blockbuster Online's website, more specifically the manage my queue page. On Mozilla Firefox and Safari it says Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.blockbuster.com/online/queuemgmt/displayMyQueue" on this server.

Reference #18.f48f748.1170724068.482c7c8. On Internet Explorer it says http 500 Internal Server Error. Has anyone else had any similar problems?

You aren't going to like this answer and I am sorry. Blockbuster is working on a ton of problems like this. They through this all together to compete with NetFlix. There are a lot of bugs that they need to iron out before it is as streamlined as NetFlix.

have you tried to refresh the page?
perhaps try IE instead?
