I would like to share video clips from You Tube with my friends on 360 page. How do I get to add them to my blog? It would make my blogs a little more interesting as I would like to make music lists etc.

when upload a file to You Tube, the website gives U a link if U want to use this file in a blog

copy that link and then paste it in your friend's blog
