stop downloading crap from p2p sources cuz theyre all filled with trash...

then, you need to download a bunch of security software, such as:

AVG antivirus
Avast Antivirus
Lavasoft AdAware
CCleaner
Spysweeper
Spybot

etc

and run them all...

but most importantly, STOP DOWNLOADING FROM P2P PROGRAMS! ALL THEY DO NOW IS SPREAD VIRUSES!

Trash that computer and get a newer one. Or get a bigger hard drive. Or transfer all your downloads to removable media (CD/DVD). Or quit downloading trash from P2P's. I'd opt for the first and last suggestions.

when you did a virus scan do you mean the virus scanning program wouldnt work or the program worked but it didnt find or remove the files?

I would try putting the file names into google and see if they are known as being virus or worm files and if there is any solution.
