The right hand side of the print preview is missing the right hand side text, ive tried changing the margins from 1.33 to smaller but it makes no difference. Im using windows xp. is there any way i can either shrink the text to get it all in or widen the print page?

My mac comes with Safari as its browser, but some sites require internet explorer or netscape. I downloaded netscape, but now it looks like i need to download internet explorer to use one of my works websites.
Is this dangerous to my computer as far as opening it to being more vunerable to viruses?
Also, does downloading browsers require a lot of memory?

I'm not interested in what's better PC/Mac/Linux, I just want to know what's the average number of times your computer stops working per day.

If you'd like, use the following format:
Operating system / Usual browser / Crashes.

So mine would be:
Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7 / 8-10 times

Please don't flame other people's responses and at the very least put the number of crashes even if you don't know the rest of the information I'm suggesting you post.

The point of this question is to find out how much we have to put up with on a daily basis and is it the average?

at the onset of 'yahoo answer's they say there is no need to have to think of the right keyword, why not ? are they encouraging bad spelling.

I have a floppy disc with some important documents on it but when I put the disc in my computer to retrieve the documents this message comes up " Windows cannot find AcroRd.exe this program is needed for opening files of "Max File". I went to Acrobat web site but they no longer offer this program. Is there some way I can get these documents back? Can someone help me please?

As I was on comp. a blue window came up and
said Hardware system error and everything froze up.I restarted my comp and both DVD drives didn't recognize it nor did it work.
I can't reinstall software bc I have nothing to read the DVD and I cannot find drivers on the internet for them.
What do I do and where can I find drivers Lg dvd player model ?

i have an old atari 400 from 1982. if i turn it on without a cartridge the top of the screen says:

ATARI COMPUTER - MEMO PAD

then the rest of the screen is blank until i type something.
is this all it does?
if not what else?
is there a way to save my work?
what is that weird looking port on the side for?
where can i get a better AC adapter for it?
also i need a better RF adapter too.
what does the atari logo key do?
is there anything other than typing and playing centipede that i can do with it?
what are some of the commands i can use?
as of right now it just takes up space!
how can i use this thing to it's full potential?
i know that the abilities are limited, seeing as it was built in 1982. it's older than i am. ha ha ha

For some reason, the person who helped me install my OS set the main local drive to "F". This is problematic since installers look for "C". I tried to rename the drive from F to C, but this does not work. How do I change the drive letter to C? Thanks.

Has the internet brought the world closer or divided it further into haves and have nots?
Has the technology created more relationships or created more distance in the ones that exist offline?
Do we ever critically evaluate technology or just blindly accept all advancement in it as 'progress'?
