I often get the message Can Not Display the Webpage. Check Your Connection, etc... etc... I just hit Refresh or F5, but I don't know how to fix it.

I'm guessing it's my antivirus. I was thinking about disabling it and surfing the web to see how it acted.

I'm having the same problem. I just loaded Vista RC1, and now I get that message every once in a while. I never got it when I had IE7 loaded on XP Pro. I've tried the proxy settings, rebooting, and scanning for a solution (Vista), but nothing works. I have a feeling it's just incompatibility with current websites.

This happens sometimes when you are using proxy settings. Are you? If so - check the setting, make sure everything's correct. Or are you using a router? Make sure everything's configured right.
