You must first know the proxy server IP because every proxy server listen to different port. Usually they listen to 8080 or 80 but sometimes they listen to completely random number that picked by their admin.

443proxy.com provide a list of HTTP proxy server, HTTP proxy Anonymous server, HTTP Elite proxy server, SOCKS proxy server. Go there, pick an IP, set it port to your Firefox and you are ready to go.

Every proxy server is set up differently. The ports can be selected automatically or manually, so it's very hard to tell how it might be set. Try this:

HTTP - 80
FTP - 21
Socks - 1080

it somewhat is the easy blunders Firefox elements even as Firefox proxy settings are somewhat not configured properly. on your Firefox configuration you should already have proxy settings out of your ISP or yet another proxy service. make sensible the settings for "HTTP Proxy:" "SSL Proxy:", "FTP Proxy:" and "Gopher Proxy:" are all sparkling and the ports for them are 0. the in elementary words one which must be filled out is "SOCKS Host:" with the settings from the help record. interior the shape that your ISP demands that you've proxy settings, call or digital mail their tech. help ask them what the significant acceptable settings are.
