Are Thomas Kinkade Screensavers and Wallpaper virus free and safe to download?

Does anyone have Thomas Kinkade Screensavers or Wallpaper one their PC? What do you think of them? Are they worth downloading?

If it's a free saver I would say no. Everytime I have downloaded any of them they've messed up my computer. Are they from his website or like a pop-up offer?

I have a friend who has used both Thomas Kinkade screensavers and wallpaper for years. She's never had a problem with them, nor had a virus from them. She used them when she had windows 98, and now that she has a new computer with WinXP, she's still using them. So, I'd say they are safe.
